Niwot Archaeological Consultants, Inc. (NAC) has been performing cultural resource management consulting services since 1988. Our specialties include project pre-planning, Class I and Class III inventories, and National Register of Historic Places evaluations and nominations for prehistoric sites, historic sites, and historic buildings and structures. Our service area includes Colorado, Wyoming, Kansas, Nebraska, and South Dakota. Inventories for private industry and federal and state agencies have ranged from one-acre sites such as cell towers to more than 18,000 acres of public lands for timber, range, recreation, and energy development.
